| Has mentored 2013 Texas Bowl MVP Terrel Hunt, who ranks 10th in Orange history with 2,621 passing yards. |
| Named the 2012 College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) Coach of the Year after leading Elmhurst College to a 10-2 record and the NCAA playoffs for the first time in school history. |
| In 2012, guided the Bluejays to the CCIW championship, the program’s first since 1980. |
| Tutored 2012 All-American and Gagliardi Trophy winner (Division III Player of the Year) Scottie Williams. |
