What is the Syracuse University Military Pass?

The Syracuse University Military Pass provides active-duty military, retired and honorably discharged veterans access to a select and limited number of home football games. After qualifying and verification with ID.me for the Syracuse University Military Pass, members may receive up to two (2) complimentary tickets for Saturday, September 9, 2023 and Friday, November 3, 2023. Four (4) complimentary tickets on Military Appreciation Day (Saturday, September 23, 2023).

The Syracuse University Military Pass is available to active-duty military, retired and honorably discharged veterans verified through ID.me.

How do I sign up for the Syracuse University Military Pass?

1) ID.me will verify active duty military, retired and honorably discharged veterans

2) First time users must create an account with ID.me. To do so click on the button Registration Instructions PDF or visit the link

3) If you have more than one email, please do not sign up with ID.me using multiple email addresses. We automatically delete any duplicate names, addresses, phone numbers, unless your spouse or significant other is a military member, and verified with Troop ID.

I have a family of three or more. Can we all receive complimentary admission via the Syracuse University Military Pass?

How will I receive my tickets?

We will assign tickets one to two days prior to game day. Your ticket(s) will be available via your mobile phone. We will send an email to the email address you signed up with ID.me with detailed instructions on how to download your tickets. These complimentary tickets are reserved/assigned seats. Therefore, we will not process any upgrades, exchanges or relocate accommodations for your complimentary tickets.

Where will my complimentary seats be?

Locations are subject to availability and are at the discretion of Syracuse University Athletics.

ADA Seating; Wheelchair or Limited Mobility seats:

You may request wheelchair or limited mobility seats in the ADA/Special Requests box when you register for a game.

Parking and ADA Parking:

Parking is available on game day at the Skytop Lot for $20 and includes a free shuttle to and from College Place. Lots open 4 hours prior to kick-off and shuttles start to transport 2 hours prior to kick-off and will run approximately every 15 minutes.

Parking for patrons under ADA (Americans with Disability Act) is available on game day at the Skytop D Lot for $20 and includes a free shuttle to and from Gate A. Lots open 4 hours prior to kick-off and shuttles start to transport 2 hours prior to kick-off and will run approximately every 15 minutes.

Is there a limit to the number of games I can attend?

Yes. We will only post the select games that are available for complimentary tickets.

Can I sell, transfer or give my tickets away?

No. These complimentary tickets are a THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE. Please do not call or write to transfer to friends, relatives/family or another military member.

Please do not transfer, donate, post for re-sale or sell your complimentary tickets for cash value. NCAA rules protect the integrity and ethics of Syracuse University and its athletic program. We are responsible for monitoring compliance to our student-athletes, coaches, institutional staff members, fans, and alumni.

You may need to present your military ID upon entrance for verification. Seats are limited, so we ask that you only sign up if YOU and your guest will be attending. If you cannot attend the game you signed up for, please cancel your submission by contacting the JMA Wireless Dome Ticket Office 24 hours prior to game day (1-888-DOME-TIX, 315-443-2121 press 0, or email dometix@syr.edu).

Syracuse University Athletics reserves the right to deny or otherwise limit the use of the Syracuse University Military Pass. If the use of these complimentary tickets is unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful, as determined by Syracuse University Athletics, it is their sole and absolute discretion to suspend your account and or deny future access to the complimentary tickets.

Can I sign up for the Syracuse University Military Pass for playoff games?

No. The Syracuse University Military Pass excludes away, post season games and bowl games.

I do not have a computer or internet connection; can I still get the Syracuse University Military Pass?
