What's up Cuse Nation? Greetings from Chicago!
June 23rd was an important day for me -- not because it was the NBA draft, but because it started my second camp of the summer. DWill camp (Deron Williams Elite Guard Camp) was a great experience for me because I went up against great guards nonstop every day, and we competed every minute.
It was different from CP3 camp (Chris Paul's camp) because we played a lot more and there were a lot less drills. Another positive note was that I didn't miss my flight, and there was no travel hassle. I stayed with Maalik Wayns and Ashton Gibbs, and we had a great time together. Watching the NBA draft only got me hungrier for the future, and I understand it starts with having a great summer, and a great season next year. I feel like I've gotten a lot better these past few weeks working out and competing against some of the best guards. We do play 2-3 zone, but you better believe I can get after it on the defensive end!!

After having a great two camps, I found out I was invited to Lebron James camp in Akron on July 5th. This is a great accomplishment because out of all the camps (CP3, DWill, Kevin Durant, Amare Stoudamire) only 20 guys were invited, and I was one of them, so I'm really excited for the opportunity.
I'm going to keep on working out and getting ready for this big month ahead of me (Lebron camp and USA Basketball), and I will check in with you all soon!
