The 29th head coach in Syracuse University football history, Scott Shafer sees what the Orange can become. Shafer shared his vision for the program, which was 8-5, including a victory against West Virginia in the New Era Pinstripe Bowl, in 2012.
"To carry on the values of integrity, commitment, excellence and teamwork and put them to action with great attitude, effort and enthusiasm are the pillars of this program," Shafer said. "The thing we will talk about most on a daily basis is just the attitude, effort and enthusiasm."
