Syracuse defensive tackle John Raymon suffered a right knee injury during Syracuse's game at Georgia Tech. He returned to Syracuse with the team and spent the night at Crouse Hospital for observation. As a result of the injuries, Raymon will miss the remainder of the 2013-14 season. He will be scheduled for surgery in the coming weeks, which will be performed by Dr. Brad Raphael and Dr. Irving Raphael.
Through seven games this season, Raymon has seven tackles, including six solo and 1.5 sacks, and a blocked kick. He had two solo tackles in the game at Georgia Tech before the injury.
