
Murray, Treanor Named Midseason All-Americans

Senior Alyssa Murray and sophomore Kayla Treanor have been named to Inside Lacrosse's Midseason All-America First Team. Both were named to the publcations preseason All-America list in December.
The report was composed by position, offering spots for four attackers, five midfielders, four defenders and one goalie. Syracuse was one of three schools with more than one member on the squad.
Murray is this week's ACC Offensive Player of the Week after tying her season high with seven points against Duke. She recorded her 300th career point in the victory against the Blue Devils, making her the third player in school history to reach the scoring milestone. She ranks 11th in the nation in scoring and assists. Treanor is Syracuse's leading scorer this season with 64 points. She reached 100 goals in her career faster than any player in program history (30 games). Treanor is fourth in the nation scoring, fifth in goals and 14th in assists.
