
Little To Be Featured on 'Havoline Football Saturdays'

Floyd Little will discuss his decision to attend Syracuse and his NFL career
Syracuse Special Assistant to the Athletics Director and Orange legend Floyd Little will be featured on this week's episode of Raycom Sports' television series "Havoline Football Saturdays."
A College and Professional Football Hall of Fame inductee and three-time All-American running back for the Orange, Little will discuss what led him to attend Syracuse over the United States Military Academy. He will also divulge into his professional career with the Denver Broncos and what led him to earn the nickname "The Franchise."
Little Earned ECAC Player of the Year honors in 1966 at Syracuse and was taken as the sixth overall player in the 1967 draft. From there, he went on to be selected to five pro bowls and amass over 12,000 all-purpose yards over a career that spanned from 1967 to 1975.
Little returned to his alma mater to serve in his current role in 2011, where he is responsible for development and donor relations, assisting with student-athlete and team development and prospective student-athlete on campus recruitment activities. He also handles special projects as assigned by the director of athletics and serves in many capacities for the athletics department.
