Orange Duo Earns Silvers at World Rowing Championships

Mike Gennaro and Natalie Mastracci each earned silver medals for their countries
A pair of Orange alums found their way onto the podium at the 2014 World Rowing Championship in Amsterdam, Netherlands last week.
Results
Mike Gennaro '11 competed for the United States men's four, while Natalie Mastracci '13 competed with Canada's women's eight.
Gennaro helped his boat to a silver medal, finishing the event with a time of 5:42.90, behind gold medalist Great Britain.
Mastracci's boat finished second as well in the final with a time of 5:59.660, just 2.83 seconds behind the United States.
Mastracci earned a silver medal in the 2012 London Olympics in the women's eight while still at Syracuse. Gennaro was an alternate for the United States at those games.
