Tennis to Take on Cornell in Home Opener Saturday

Doubles are set to get underway at Noon.
After defeating No. 35 Princeton in the finale of last weekend's ITA Kickoff event in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, the No. 53 Syracuse tennis team returns home this Saturday for its season opener against Cornell.
Ranking the Orange
- Syracuse moved up to No. 53 in this week's ITA poll.
- The ranking is the highest since March 27, 2012 when the team was slotted 52nd.
- Syracuse is 2-1 over ranked opponents this season.
Scouting Cornell
- The Big Red enter the match up 0-2 after falling twice last weekend.
