Orange to make five ESPNU appearances in 2015
SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Eleven of the Syracuse men's lacrosse team's 12 regular-season games will be televised this season, including six national TV dates and five appearances on ESPNU as part of the network's 2015 college lacrosse coverage. The fourth-ranked Orange also has five games slated to air locally on Time Warner Cable SportsChannel (TWCS).
Â
ESPNU will televise all four of the Orange's Atlantic Coast Conference games, as well as Syracuse's home game against archrival Johns Hopkins on March 14. The Orange's final nationally-televised regular-season contest is its May 2 road game at Colgate, which will air on CBS Sports Network.
 Â
ESPNU will once again carry the semifinals and title game of the ACC Men's Lacrosse Championship, which takes place from Friday, April 24 to Sunday, April 26 at PPL Park in Chester, Pa. ESPNU will air Friday's two semifinals at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the championship game on Sunday at 1 p.m.
Â
The top four teams in the ACC standings advance to the conference championship semifinals.
Â
Syracuse's five remaining home games, including the team's season opener Saturday, Feb. 7 against Siena, will air live locally on Time Warner Cable SportsChannel. They will also be available on ESPN3 and via the WatchESPN app.
