Orange 13th in NCAA RPI Rankings

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Syracuse is ranked 13th in the first men's soccer RPI rankings released by the NCAA on Monday, Sept. 28. The Orange has won two straight, improving its record to 5-2-1 overall and 1-1-1 in Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) play.
ACC squads make up the top four ranked teams in the RPI. Wake Forest holds the top spot, followed by North Carolina, Clemson and Notre Dame. Syracuse lost at Wake Forest, 3-1, earlier this season and will face North Carolina on the road on Oct. 10 before hosting Clemson on Oct. 17.
The Orange tries to extend its winning streak on Tuesday, Sept. 29 against Colgate in Hamilton, N.Y. at 7 p.m.
