Â
- PARKING LOT AVAILABILITY: The Skytop parking lot will open at 3 p.m. and the Stadium West lots will open at 5 p.m.
 - SHUTTLE BUS CHANGE: The University has worked with Centro, the longtime transportation partner of the University, to provide the shuttle service for fans who park in the Manley Field House and Skytop lots. However, due to the New York State Fair, Centro cannot provide its normal fleet of busses for the shuttles to and from the Dome. Therefore, for the Colgate game the University will transport fans on yellow school busses provided by Birnie Bus. The regular Centro shuttle busses will return for Syracuse's game against Louisville on Friday, Sept. 9 (8 p.m.).
 - TRAFFIC PATTERNS: Fans coming to the Carrier Dome from the west are encouraged to travel the Thruway to I-81 South in order to avoid traffic delays on I-690 West near the New York State Fairgrounds.
