
'Cuse 2017 'No Huddle Tour' Kicks Off in June

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Syracuse Athletics is set to travel throughout the Empire State to visit with Orange alumni, fans and friends of the University beginning on Thursday, June 1. The 'No Huddle Tour' presented by NYup.com, will make stops in  Rochester, New York City and Syracuse, in addition to Auburn, Utica, Sackets Harbor, Binghamton, Oswego and Alexandria Bay.

All Syracuse season ticket holders, alumni, Orange Club donors, corporate partners and fans are invited to visit with Syracuse head coaches and Orange athletics administrators. The tour kicks off in Rochester on Thursday, June 1 at the Rochester Alumni Club Annual Awards Dinner at 6 p.m. at the Monroe Golf Club. Football head coach Dino Babers and women's basketball head coach Quentin Hillsman will join Director of Athletics John Wildhack. Purchase your tickets before May 26.

Orange athletics take part in Syracuse University Day at Citi Field on Sunday, June 4. Athletics department staff, former Orange student-athletes and Otto will interact with alumni and fans in the SU Orange Zone in Bullpen Plaza prior to the game between the New York Mets and Pittsburgh Pirates.

In August, the 'No Huddle Tour' will stop at the Syracuse Chiefs game when the Durham Bulls visit on Thursday, Aug. 17. The night will prominently feature Syracuse University Athletics, including Orange-themed giveaways in the concourse.

Syracuse football kicks off the 2017 season on Friday, Sept. 1 against Central Connecticut State at the Carrier Dome as part of Syracuse Athletics 'Kick Off Weekend,' which also features home men's and women's soccer matches and a pair of field hockey games during the first week of the fall semester.

Syracuse's seven-game home football schedule features many opportunities for fan engagement and community participation. Season tickets are on sale now online, by phone (888-DOME-TIX) and at the Carrier Dome Box Office (Gate B). Tickets start at $125, a savings of more than 70 percent compared to single-game prices. Individual game tickets will go on sale June 7 for all home games except Clemson, which will go on sale July 11. Tickets for groups of 15 or more start at $20 per ticket.
