SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Syracuse gets the chance to avenge an earlier loss when it hosts Wake Forest on Sunday, February 11, at 1:00 p.m. in the Carrier Dome

- Syracuse (16-8, 5-6 ACC) is coming off a 78-73 victory at Louisville on Monday night. Guards Tyus Battle and Frank Howard had 25 and 22 points, respectively, to pace the Orange attack.

- Syracuse ranks fourth among Division I schools in field-goal percentage defense (.384) and 11th in scoring defense (63.1). The Orange also sit 10th in the country with 5.7 blocked shots per game.

- Battle, Oshae Brissett and Howard rank first, fifth and eighth, respectively, among Division I performers in minutes played average.

- Syracuse has a 5-1 advantage in the all-time series with Wake Forest. The Demon Deacons took the most recent pairing, a 73-67 decision on Jan. 3 in Winston-Salem, N.C.

Scouting the Demon Deacons
- Wake Forest (9-15, 2-10 ACC) has lost its last two outings, 75-67 to Clemson and 87-81 at Miami.

- Junior guard Bryant Crawford has started all 24 games for Wake Forest this season. He's averaging a club-best 16.3 points, 4.9 assists and 1.7 steals per outing.

- Junior center Doral Moore averages a club-best 9.1 rebounds per game. He has grabbed 10-or-more rebounds in seven straight contests.

- Former Kansas standout Danny Manning is in his fifth season as the head coach at Wake Forest.
