Junior Year (2015): Won the Individual Open 5k at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown with a time of 15:10:0 (9/25).

Sophomore Year (2014 at Tulsa): USTFCCCA All-Midwest Region ... Finished 199th at the NCAA Cross Country Championships with a time of 32:32.8 ... Took 20th at the NCAA Midwest Regional ... Ran a personal-best time of 25:48.3 at the Iowa State Pre-National Invitational, taking 152nd overall.

Freshman Year (2013 at Tulsa): Ran in one fall meet and placed 31st at the Notre Dame Invitational 8K race with a time of 25:01.9.

High School: Competed at Merivale High School in Nepean, Ontario... took home the the Canadian Junior National Champion title in the 1500m in 2012... was the Gold medalist in both the 1500m and 3,000m at the 2011 Athletics Ontario Championships... won the 3,000m at the Canadian Youth Championships and was runner up in the 1500... was the Merivale High School Cross Country MVP three times in high school.
