Senior Year (2018-19)
Indoor: Won the 5k at the ACC Championships with a time of 16:06.48. She also placed fifth in the 3000m with a time of 9:26.52 (2/22) ... Finished sixth in the 5000m at the Iowa State Classic with a time of 15:55.29 (2/9) ... Won the mile at the Cornell Indoor Upstate Challenge with a time of 4:53.15 (1/19).
Outdoor: USTFCCCA First Team All-American after finishing seventh in the 10,000-meters at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships (6/6) ... Completed a successful double winning both the 3000-meter steeplechase and the 5000-meters at the ACC Championships (5/11) ... Set the school record in the 5k at the Payton Jordan Invitational (15:28.47). Her time was the second-fastest nationally and was second among collegiate competitors at the meet ... Won the steeplechase at the Virginia Challenge with a time of 10:01.36. This was the nation's sixth-fastest time of the year (4/20) ... Broke the school record in the 10k by 22 seconds at the Stanford Invitational with a time of 32:07.36. She finished fourth overall in the event and second among collegiate competitors . Indoor: Finished 2nd in the 5000m race with a time of 15:44.04 at the Iowa State Classic (2/9) … Placed 4th in the 3000m event with a time of 9:12.73 at the Dr. Sander Invitational Columbia Challenge (1/26-1/27) ... Took 3rd in both the 3000m and 5000m at the ACC Indoor Track & Firled Championships (2/22-2/24)
Outdoor: Set a new personal record and took home 3rd in the 3000S at the NCAA D1 Outdoor Championships with her 9:46.98 finishing time (6/6-6/9)... Took 1st in the 3000S with her 9:50.42 time at the ACC Outdoor Championships (5/10-5/12) ... Earned 7th and a new personal record at the Stanford Invitational with her 32:33.72 time during the 10,000m (3/30-3/31) ... Took home 1st in the 3000S at the Virginia Challenge with her 9:57.20 time (4/20-4/21).
Sophomore Year (2016-2017)
Indoor: Took 3rd place in the 5000m event at the ACC Championships with a time of 16:05.04 (2/23-2/25) ... Finished in 17th place in the 3000m event at the ACC Championships, crossing the finish line at 9:43.57 (2/23-2/25) ... Took 2nd place in the 3000m event at the Boston University Valentine Invitational with a time of 9:15.80 (2/10-2/11) ... Before Lipscomb: Competed under head coach Barb McGinley at Pottsville Area High School in Pottsville, Pa.... Was Schuylkill League Cross Country Champion (2011 and 2012) and Schuylkill Track and Field Champion (2012, 2013, and 2014)... Lettered four years in high school... Best marks: 5K for track (17:35), 5K for cross country (17:53), 3200m (10:41), 3K (9:37), 1600m (4:56), and 800m (2:17)...
