'Cuse Cares Community Service
Syracuse student-athletes will have unique opportunities to participate in community outreach projects. We encourage student-athletes to embrace their status as a role model to local youth and community members. Students and teams may participate in as many projects as they wish. The 'Cuse Cares program has been recognized with the Chancellor's Award for Public Engagement and Scholarship (CAPES), given annually to Syracuse University students and student organizations that exemplify the highest ideal of sustained, quality service to the Syracuse community, 15 times. The Student-Athlete Engagement Office will work with the Office of Athletic Compliance to deliver engaging opportunities for student-athletes as they continue to make a growing positive impact in our community.Ticket Request Information
Syracuse University Athletics works collaboratively with registered charitable groups and non-profit organizations that have a desire to make a positive impact in their communities through its ticket donation program. We value the opportunity to be involved and work with a variety of community groups, and as a result, will make every effort to support as many requests as possible. Syracuse Athletics has a designated allotment of tickets to donate to non-profit organizations in the community and proof of non-profit status is required for every request. NCAA rules preclude the distribution of tickets to specific individuals and organizations. Syracuse Athletics will offer tickets to the Colgate (9/12) and Boston College (11/29) Football Games, Mercyhurst (12/17) and Miami (1/24) Men's Basketball Games and Colgate (12/10) and Clemson (2/15) Women's Basketball Games. There is a 50-ticket limit per request and requests will be filled on a first come first served basis until the allotment is exhausted for each game. Please note: The request form is to only be utilized by non-profit organizations for group ticket requests. If you do not have 501C status and would like to purchase group tickets, please call our group sales office at (315) 443-2121 option 2. Also, pursuant to NCAA regulations, SU Athletics will not donate items to any entity that serves prospect-aged individuals (grade 9 - 12, or 7 - 12 in Men's Basketball), such as high schools, high school scholarship funds or booster clubs, club sports teams for high school students, specific high school students, etc. For additional information on donations please contact our compliance office at 315-443-1265.
