**Due to NCAA regulations, members must be 14 years old or younger (8th grade). Kid's Club membership excludes post-season tournament games.

FAQ'S
1) How do I receive my complimentary tickets?
- It's easy! You will receive an order form via email or mail depending on when you register. Then, you fill out the form and send it back to the Carrier Dome Box Office. On that form, you will be able to purchase additional tickets so you can sit with your kids! Please look over the form carefully so you don't miss anything!
2) Which games are available?
- Syracuse Athletics selects specific games for Football and Men's Basketball. You can visit Cuse.com>fan zone> 'Cuse Kids Club to see which games are available. ALL Women's Basketball, and Men's and Women's Lacrosse games are free... just bring your membership card to Gate B.
3) What if I lose my order form?
-All you need to do is send and email to cusekids@syr.edu and we will send you a new one.
4) When should I expect to receive my complimentary tickets?
-When you fill out the order form, you can choose to either have the tickets mailed, or pick them up at will call. If you submit the order form after the deadline, then you will need to pick up the tickets at Gate B prior to the day of the game.

**Remember parents, the complimentary games that require tickets need time for processing. Any new members whose registration isn't completed 72 hours prior to one of these games will not have access to tickets for that event.
