Candy Reich

Syracuse women's soccer senior co-captain Candy Reich (Pembroke, Mass./Silver Lake Regional) earned College Soccer America Team of the Week honors for her performances against Providence and Boston College for the week of Sept. 24-30.

Reich had a goal and an assist in a 2-0 victory against Providence on Friday and a 3-2 overtime defeat of BC on Sunday. Reich had an assist on the game-winning goal against the Friars and headed in the golden goal against the Eagles in the extra period.

For the season, Reich is tied for the team lead in points (10) and assists (four). She will lead the #19 Orangewomen as they travel to #9 Connecticut on Friday and St. John's on Sunday for a pair of BIG EAST Northeast Division games.
