
Suttle Earns Fourth Straight Win at Maryland

Suttle, who has lost only one match in dual-meet competition this spring, recorded a 6-2, 7-5 win at No. 6 singles against the Terrapins' Monica Villareal. Suttle is 22-16 this season, including a 13-7 mark in singles competition.
Maryland posted straight-set wins in the other five singles matches and swept all three doubles contests. With the loss, Syracuse moves to 3-4 in dual-match action this spring.
The Orangewomen face the University of Minnesota at 11 a.m. Saturday in College Park. Coming into this weekend, the Golden Gophers were ranked 43rd in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's Division I poll.
