Indianapolis, IN -- Former Syracuse standout Damone Brown '01 was activated from the injured list by the Philadelphia 76ers on April 17 in time to play the regular-season finale that evening against the Indiana Pacers.

Brown played 16 minutes and tallied eight points, two assists, one rebound and one steal. The 76ers, who had already clinched a play-off spot, lost to Indiana, 103-80.

A four-year letterman with the Orangemen, Brown capped his collegiate career with third team All-BIG EAST honors as a senior. He averaged 16.4 points and 8.8 rebounds last season and completed his tenure with 1,230 points.
