Hui Jue

The Syracuse women’s volleyball team recently added a 12th player to its 2002 roster. Hui Jue Duan joins the Orangewomen after transferring from Zhong Shan University in China.

A native of Baotou City, China, Duan led her high school team to the Chinese National Middle School Championship in 1999. Duan represented China with a first-place finish in the International Power Cup Tournament in Finland in 1999 and then placed third in the NJC Tournament in Chicago in 2000.

The Orangewomen open the 2002 season against Wagner on August 30 at 7 p.m. at Manley Field House when they host the Big Orange Tournament.
