New York, NY -- Syracuse men's basketball coach Jim Boeheim made two televised appearances in New York City on Monday, April 14. At 9:30 a.m., he helped ring the ceremonial opening bell© at the New York Stock Exchange. That evening, Boeheim appeared on the David Letterman Show.

Joining Boeheim on the NYSE stage was his wife, Juli, and National Freshman of the Year Carmelo Anthony. Boeheim guided Syracuse to the 2003 NCAA Division I men's basketball championship. The Orangemen defeated Kansas in the title tilt, 81-78.
