SYRACUSE, N.Y. - Senior Sarah Elnicky, a captain on the women’s soccer team, was selected to the 2004 Verizon/CoSIDA Academic All-District Second Team. Elnicky is a five-time member of the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll and a two-time BIG EAST Academic All-Star.
Elnicky has started all 59 games of her career for the Orange defense. She finished her career with three goals and two assists, including two goals and one assist this season.
Elnicky carries a 3.648 grade point average in health and exercise science.
The women’s soccer team finished with an 8-9-2 record, and Elnicky was one of five players to start all 19 games.
