
Orange Girls' Soccer Camp Coming Up!

SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The Syracuse University 2004 Girls' Soccer Camp is right around the corner. This year's edition of the camp will last from July 28 to August 1, 2004 at Syracuse University.Syracuse assistant coach Tracy Stalker will serve as the camp's director. Stalker was an All-BIG EAST selection in 2002 and earned Soccer Buzz all-region honors in 2000.
Orange goalkeeper coach Greg Tait will also serve as an instructor. Tait, a Notre Dame alum, completed his first season with the Orange in 2003. At Notre Dame, Tait was a year three-letter winner and was named the BIG EAST Goalkeeper of the Week twice in 2002. He holds a coaching National License from the NSCAA.
The camp will also feature coaches from several other area schools including SUNY Oswego, Manhattanville, and Monroe Community College. In addition, a number of former SU women's soccer players will serve as instructors.
Girls ages 10-18 are invited to attend. The cost is $355 for overnight campers and $280 for day campers. Applications can be obtained on the summer camps page on www.suathletics.com or by contacting Tracy Stalker at 315-443-5742.
