Leong Named Scholar-Athlete of the Week

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Junior Wei-Ming Leong, a member of the tennis team, has been honored as the Syracuse University Scholar-Athlete of the Week for the week of Jan. 17.
Leong was named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll four times. She was also named a BIG EAST Academic All-Star as a freshman and sophomore. Leong is enrolled in the School of Management at SU.
The tennis team opens the 2005 season against Colgate at home on January 26.
