Spartano Named to BIG EAST Honor Roll

SYRACUSE, N.Y.- Senior Nikki Spartono (Syracuse, N.Y.) has been named to this week’s BIG EAST Honor Roll for her performance in SU’s two games between Oct. 17-23. Spartano led the Orange into the postseason with two goals in the team’s 3-2 win against South Florida on Sunday.
Spartano has three goals this season with her first career goal coming against Georgetown, in a 1-0 double overtime defeat of the Hoyas on Oct. 2.
Spartano and the Orange will next be in action in the first round of the BIG EAST Tournament later this week.
