BRISTOL, Conn. -- The Syracuse men's basketball program will be featured as part of ESPNU's nightly event telecasts tied to ESPN's SportsCenter Across America, a 50-states-in-50-days event that begins July 17. ESPNU will televise game replays, generally at 10 p.m. ET.
The state of New York is scheduled for August 15. Syracuse's 2005 BIG EAST Tournament Championship victory against West Virginia will be televised that evening on ESPNU. The Orange received a 20-point, 13-rebound performance from Hakim Warrick to defeat the Mountaineers, 68-59, and claim the conference tournament title.
ESPNU, a new 24-hour cable entity, was launched March 4, 2005. It is part of the ESPN family of networks.
