Kowalczyk Named Scholar-Athlete of the Week

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Senior Emily Kowalczyk, a member of the Orange women’s soccer team, has been honored as the Syracuse University Scholar-Athlete of the Week for the week of Sept. 26.
Kowalczyk has been named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll five times and has been a BIG EAST Academic All-Star twice.
SU hosts a pair of games this weekend. On Friday, Sept. 30, Villanova comes to the SU Soccer Stadium for a 7:00 p.m. kickoff, and on Sunday, Oct. 2, the Orange hosts Georgetown at 1:00 p.m.
