McManus Named Scholar-Athlete of the Week

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Senior Molly McManus, a midfielder for the Orange women’s soccer team, has been honored as the Syracuse University Scholar-Athlete of the Week for the week of Oct. 9.
McManus, who hails Binghamton, N.Y., has been named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll on six occasions and was selected to the BIG EAST Academic All-Star Team three times. She is majoring in marketing management and financing.
Syracuse hosts two BIG EAST rivals this week. Syracuse will square-off against Rutgers on Friday at 7 p.m. and Seton Hall on Sunday at 1 p.m.
