Future Women's Lacrosse Student-Athlete To Play In Classic

BALTIMORE, Md. – Halley Quillinan, a native of Glenmont, N.Y. and who attended Bethlehem High School, will play in the first-ever Under Armour All-America Lacrosse Classic. She is one of 44 high school athletes from around the country picked to participate in the game which will be played on June 18 at 5:00 p.m. at Johnny Unitas Stadium in Towson.
The Under Armour All-America Lacrosse Classic will take place over the entire weekend of June 16-18. The Classic includes a series of clinics and scrimmages and culminates in a number of games on June 18, including a pair of underclassmen games at 1:00 and 3:00 p.m.
Quillinan, who signed a National Letter of Intent in November to attend Syracuse next fall, was named a high school First Team All-American as a junior attacker at Bethlehem. She had compiled 136 goals and 40 assists in her first two years of play. Bethlehem advanced to the state semifinals in 2004 and to the state final in 2005. Qullinan is a two-time Suburban Council All-Star, and was named one of America’s top 19 “Young Guns” by Inside Lacrosse Magazine. Quillinan plays for the Albany Elite lacrosse club.
