Roth Named Female Scholar-Athlete Of The Week

Junior Catrina Roth, who swims the backstroke for the swimming and diving team, has been honored as the Syracuse University Female Scholar-Athlete of the Week for the week of Oct. 29.
Roth, an Aurora, Ill. native, has been a BIG EAST Academic All-Star every year and a member of the Athletic Directors Honor Roll all four semesters. Roth is majoring in public relations and sociology.
The Orange hosts Boston University on Saturday. Diving competes at 9 a.m. and swimming follows at noon.
