SUathletics.com has unveiled a web page dedicated to the Orange's 2007 Tewaaraton Trophy candidates. The page includes updated stats, bios, photos and quotes for Syracuse's nominees for the award, and will soon feature video highlights.
The Tewaaraton Trophy is presented by the Tewaaraton Award Foundation to lacrosse's male and female National Players of the Year. SU's Mike Powell is the only player to win the award twice. The 2006 recipient of the Tewaaraton Trophy was Virginia's Matt Ward.
The award will be presented at a banquet in June, honoring the winners and finalists.
