Broadcast Time for Orange's Contest Against Northwestern Set

The No. 5/6 Syracuse women's lacrosse team's contest against top-ranked Northwestern that took place on Monday in the Carrier Dome will be broadcast on ESPNU at 1 a.m. on Thursday, March 27. A crowd of 1,696, the largest in the program's history, gathered at the Dome to watch the Orange battle the three-time defending national champion Wildcats.
Syracuse University students played a major role in the production of the game. Steve Wanczyk and Devin Fratarcangeli served as the announcers, while Mark Medina provided sideline reports. In addition, several students operated cameras while others provided support in the video control room.
The Orange women's lacrosse team returns to action on Sunday when it goes on the road to face Cincinnati at 1 p.m. Fans can listen to the live broadcast of the game on WJPZ 89.1 FM in Syracuse and on Orange All-Access on suathletics.com.
