
Todd Curry will be the 22nd person with ties to the Orange program to be enshrined in the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame.
Curry To Be Inducted Into HOF

BALTIMORE, Md. – Former SU midfielder Todd Curry (1984-87) and seven others will be inducted into the U.S. Lacrosse Hall of Fame on Nov. 7, the organization's board of directors approved and announced on Thursday, May 21. Curry was a three-time All-American for the Orange and led the team to a 52-10 record during his four seasons.
Joining Curry in the Class of 2009 are: Pat Genovese (coach; William Smith), Cheri Greer (player; Virginia), Jeff Long (player; Navy), Kevin Lowe (player; Princeton), Mark Millon (player; Massachusetts), Jennifer O'Donnell (umpire) and Jessica Wilk (player; Maryland).
Curry finished his career with 93 goals and took home the Lt. Donald C. MacLaughlin Jr. Award as the nation's top midfielder as a senior in 1987. He competed for the U.S. National Team in 1986 and 1994 and he was inducted into the Upstate New York chapter of the Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 2002.
The National Lacrosse Hall of Fame was established in 1957 to honor men and women, past and present, who by their deeds as players, coaches, officials and/or contributors, and by the example of their lives, personify the great contribution of lacrosse to our way of life. More than 325 lacrosse greats are honored in the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame, which is located with the Lacrosse Museum at U.S. Lacrosse Headquarters in Baltimore.
