PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Syracuse junior attackman Stephen Keogh and junior longstick midfielder Joel White wererecognized by the BIG EAST Conference on Monday, May 3 for their performances in the team's win at Notre Dame Saturday. Keogh was named the BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week and White was picked to the conference honor roll.
Keogh was named the league's player of the week for the second time this season after tallying four goals against the Irish to help the Orange clinch at least a share of the inaugural BIG EAST regular-season title. The Orange wraps up the 2010 regular season on Saturday, May 8 at St. John's. Syracuse can clinch the BIG EAST regular-season title outright with a victory against the Red Storm. Faceoff is at 1 p.m. at DaSilva Memorial Field.
