Lyn Honored on BIG EAST Honor Roll

Junior corner back Keon Lyn was named to the BIG EAST Honor Roll this week for his performance in Syracuse football's 38-20 win at Temple. Lyn recorded three solo tackles and two interceptions against the Owls. Lyn returned one of his interceptions 32 yards for his first career touchdown, securing SU's (7-5, 5-2 BIG EAST) seventh win of the season.

Lyn has 44 tackles this season, including 34 solo and three for a loss of nine yards. He ranks sixth in interceptions (0.25 avg/g) and seventh in the BIG EAST in passes defended (0.83 avg/g). Lyn had recorded his first career interception at Missouri to secure the Orange's 31-27 win against the Tigers. The win against Missouri made the Orange bowl eligable for the second time in three years.
