Junior forward C.J. Fair has captured the 2012-13 Hoops Manifesto Dunk-of-the-Year Tournament.
Played out in bracket format, the tournament champion was determined by fan vote. Fair's overtime drive and dunk against Georgetown in the BIG EAST Conference Tournament semifinals captured 55 percent of the vote to out-poll Marcus Lewis of Eastern Kentucky.
Fair 's path to the title included victories against Chane Benehan (Louisville), Anthony Goode (Virginia Intermont), and Jonathon Ouegnin (Mercyhurst).
