
Tennis Announces Spring Slate

Orange to host 12 matches in 2015
A non-conference trip to Tuscaloosa, Alabama and 12 home matches highlight the 2015 Tennis schedule, head coach Younes Limam announced on Thursday.
After opening with a pair of matches in Florida against Florida Gulf Coast and South Florida on Jan. 8 and 10, the Orange will take face one of its toughest tests of the non-conference schedule. Syracuse will take on an Alabama team that fell in the NCAA quarterfinals last season and produced the 2014 NCAA Doubles Champions on Jan. 24 and either Virginia Tech or Princeton a day later.
'Cuse will open its home slate with a pair of local rivals, hosting Cornell (Jan. 31) and Albany (Jan. 7) before closing out its opening home stand against Farleigh Dickinson on Feb. 8.
The Orange will then hit the road for three-straight, opening ACC play on Valentine's Day at Boston College, then taking on Virginia (Feb. 21) and Notre Dame (Feb. 27) before returning home to Drumlins Tennis Center for three ACC matches.
Syracuse will then play five of its next six matches at home, hosting Pittsburgh on March 1 and then squaring off with Miami and Duke the following weekend.
After a road trip to last season's national runner-up North Carolina on Friday, March 20, 'Cuse will host Clemson (March 22) and Louisville (March 27).
The Orange will embark on its final road trip of the regular season by traveling to Florida State, Wake Forest and Virginia Tech in the span of two weeks.
Syracuse will close out the regular season at home, with games against NC State (April 17) and Georgia Tech (April 19).
'Cuse will begin the ACC Tournament two days later in Cary N.C.
