7/27/2016 11:09:00 AM | Football, General
SYRACUSE, N.Y. – New York's College Team is travelling the state to connect with Syracuse alumni, Orange fans and friends of the University. The 'No Huddle Tour' has upcoming stops at Oswego's Harborfest (July 28-31) and Watkins Glen (Aug. 5-7).
Syracuse season ticket holders, alumni, Orange Club donors, corporate partners and fans are invited. At each event, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the future plans for 'Cuse football, basketball and the athletics department. All fans should be on the lookout for the Syracuse Athletics location at each event to win prizes, pick up 2016 football posters and schedule cards, and purchase tickets for the 2016-17 seasons.
Save the Date: Saturday, Aug. 13 is the annual Preferred Mutual 'Cuse Fan Fest at the SU Soccer Stadium. The event will feature the Orange men's soccer team scrimmage against New Hampshire followed by the Orange football team's intra-squad scrimmage, in addition to many activities for fans of all ages.
The 'No Huddle Tour' concludes Aug. 27 at NBT Stadium for the Syracuse Chiefs versus the Pawtucket Red Sox. The night will prominently feature Syracuse University Athletics, with head football coach Dino Babers will throwing out the first pitch prior to the game and Orange-themed giveaways in the concourse.
The 'No Huddle Tour' kicked off in May with stops in Buffalo, Rochester, Binghamton. In June, the 'No Huddle Tour' made stops at the Taste of Syracuse as well as the Syracuse Strawberry Festival and LEON Festival.
Syracuse opens the 2016 season at home on Friday, Sept. 2 against Colgate. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. at the Carrier Dome. Season tickets are available online, by phone (888-DOMETIX), at Destiny USA kiosks and at the Carrier Dome Box Office (Gate B).
Single-game tickets for all home games are on sale now. Tickets start at $20 for non-conference games against Colgate and USF, $25 for the Louisville and NC State games, and $30 for the Virginia Tech and Florida State contests.
