
Syracuse and Wake Forest Scheduled for Primetime

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Orange's first conference road tilt of the 2016 season will take place under the lights. The game between Syracuse and Wake Forest on Oct. 8 at BB&T Field will kick off at 7 p.m. and be televised on RSN, the Atlantic Coast Conference announced on Monday, Sept. 26.
The Orange are 4-1 all-time against the Demon Deacons and have won four straight in the series, including a 30-7 decision the last time Syracuse traveled to Winston-Salem.
The Orange are 2-2 on the season and square off against Notre Dame Saturday at MetLife Stadium. At 4-0, the Demon Deacons are one of four unbeaten teams in the ACC. Wake Forest visits North Carolina State this weekend.
Following the Wake Forest game, Syracuse returns home to the Carrier Dome to face Virginia Tech on Saturday, Oct. 15. Tickets for the Virginia Tech game, as well as SU's remaining home games versus North Carolina State (Nov. 12) and Florida State (Nov. 19), are available online, by phone (888-DOMETIX), at Destiny USA kiosks and at the Carrier Dome Box Office (Gate B).
