
Hagman, Street Named Scholar-Athletes Of The Week

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Jonathan Hagman of the men's soccer team and Sheridan Street of the women's soccer team are this week's Syracuse Scholar-Athletes of the Week.
A junior from Enebyberg, Sweden, Hagman is pursuing a degree in finance. In 2016, he was a member of the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team and the ACC All-Academic Team. Hagman is a two-time ACC Academic Honor Roll recipient and has qualified for the SU Athletic Director's Honor Roll in all four of his completed semesters.
Hagman has started in all 14 games this season and leads the team with five goals and ranks second with 10 points. In 2016, he played in all 20 matches with 16 starts and ranked second on the team in points and goals with 11 and five, respectively.
A senior from Clarksville, Md., Street is pursuing a degree in management. Street was selected to the ACC All-Academic Team in 2014 and has spent time as a Logistics Intern at AbsoluteCare Medical Center. She is a three-time ACC Academic Honor Roll member and has qualified for the SU Athletic Director's Honor Roll in all six of her completed semesters.
Street has appeared in 13 games with three starts this season. She recorded an assist in a 2-0 victory at Bucknell. Over the course of her career, she has played in 65 games with 25 starts and has 14 points on five goals and four assists.
Hagman and the men's soccer team play at Ohio State on Wednesday, Oct. 18 at 7 p.m. and return home to face Clemson on Saturday, Oct. 21 at 7 p.m. The game against Clemson will be broadcasted live on ACC Network Extra.
Street and the women's soccer team host Virginia and Duke on Thursday, Oct. 19 at 7 p.m. and Sunday Oct. 22 at 1 p.m., respectively. Fans that cannot attend will be able to watch both games on ACC Network Extra.
