Softball Announces Winter ID Camps

SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Head coach Mike Bosch and the Syracuse softball program will host a trio of winter camps, announced Wednesday by the Syracuse coaching staff.
The first of the three camps is the Winter ID Pitching/Catching camp and will be held on Saturday, Jan. 6 at Manley Field House. The camp is open to all ability levels in grades 6-12 and costs $55 to attend.
Within a two-hour time slot from 12:00-2:00 p.m., pitchers will work with coach Bosch and assistant coach Miranda Kramer. The pair will cover everything from mechanics and drills to conditioning and video. Catchers will learn skills and mechanics within the same time frame.
The final two ID camps will have a defensive and offensive focus and will be held on Sunday, Jan. 7 at Manley Field House. The pair of camps are open to all ability levels in grades 6-12 and cost $55 apiece.
Coach Bosch, associate head coach Alisa Goler and assistant coach Kramer will provide two hours of defensive instruction from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. and two hours of offensive instruction from 1:00–3:00 p.m.
