He boasts an additional year of experience in NFL ticket sales having worked for the Philadelphia Eagles from 2013 to 2014. Wallace, who began his ticket sales career with the Lake Erie Monsters of the American Hockey League in 2010, also brings two years of experience in the National Basketball Association from his tenure as a business development specialist and premium sales consultant/night sales manager for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Wallace will be responsible for training, developing and supervising the athletics department ticket sales team that focuses on football, men's and women's basketball, and men's lacrosse tickets. Wallace will also be involved in coordinating community events and will work with the marketing, fundraising and ticket operations teams.
In his role with the Browns, Wallace sold a wide array of premium inventory for suites, contracted club seats and all-inclusive clubs, renewed Browns members annually and helped train and mentor the inside sales team. During his year-long stint in Philadelphia, Wallace was responsible for selling suite leases, contracted clubs and other premium inventory. As the Cleveland Cavaliers premium sales consultant and night sales manager, Wallace worked with the corporate sales team on premium sales elements, renewed season tickets and sold suite leases, floor seats, clubs and premium group packages. As the business development specialist, he was responsible for hospitality and business programs, and sold season ticket and partial season ticket plans.
A native of upstate New York, Wallace earned his B.A. from SUNY Cortland in 2008 and his M.A. from Newcastle University in 2009.
