
Crittenden Named ACC Men's Track Performer of the Week

GREENSBORO, N.C. - Freddie Crittenden III has been tabbed the ACC Men's Track Performer of the Week after turning in the world's third-fastest time in the 110-meter hurdles on Saturday at Miami. 
Crittenden raced to a personal best and school record time of 13.42 seconds at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational, breaking the previous record held by NCAA Indoor Champion Jarret Eaton in 2012.
The Utica, Michigan native won the meet, besting the second-place finisher by .24 seconds.Â
The Orange will compete in four different meets this weekend. Members will divide up and participate in the Larry Ellis Invitational at Princeton, the Virginia Challenge, the Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket Invitational and the Cornell Upstate Challenge.Â
