
Brissett Leads Orange Past White In Dome Scrimmage

The 2018-19 edition of the Syracuse men's basketball team made its first Dome appearance of the fall on Friday night, putting on an Orange vs. White scrimmage in front of an enthusiastic crowd of spectators.
The Orange squad defeated the White team, 77-72, behind the offensive play of Oshae Brissett.
Syracuse students were given the opportunity to watch from court-side seats and participated in contests after the first and third quarters.
Players and coaches were available at selfie stations following the scrimmage.
The Orange squad included redshirt junior Elijah Hughes, sophomores Marek Dolezaj and Bourama Sidibe, and freshmen Buddy Boeheim, Jalen Carey and Brendan Paul. Fifth-year senior Antonio Balandi, who just joined the program as a walk-on, rounded out the Orange. Associate head coach Adrian Autry guided the Orange group.
The White team included seniors Adrian Autry, Shaun Belbey, Pasqual Chukwu and Ky Feldman, junior Tyus Battle, sophomore Oshae Brissett and freshman Robert Braswell. Assistant coaches Allen Griffin and Gerry McNamara ran the White squad.
The two squads played four 10-minute quarters with a halftime break.
