Orange Up In Both Polls

The Syracuse men's lacrosse team moved up to No. 12 in both polls this week, following their comeback win over No. 9 Army on Saturday.
In the USILA poll, Syracuse collected 211 points, to move up two spots and setting up another top-ranked test. 'Cuse will head to No. 5 Virginia on Sunday.
Albany took over the No. 1 spot, collecting 452 points and 15 first-place votes. Maryland is No. 2 with 436 points and eight first-place votes. Duke (360), Ohio State (358) and Virginia (348) round out the top-five.
'Cuse will face or have face eight of the top-20 teams in the poll this season. No. 1 Albany, No. 3 Duke, No. 5 Virginia, No. 8 Notre Dame, No. 10 North Carolina, N0. 14 Army, No. 15 Rutgers and No. 19 Johns Hopkins.
The Hoos are No. 4 in the Maverik Media Poll.
