
Hoop Exhibition Games Announced

Syracuse will begin its 2018-19 men's basketball season with home exhibition games against The College of St. Rose and Le Moyne on October 25 and 31, respectively.
The College of St. Rose, an NCAA Division II program, posted a 21-10 record a season ago. The Golden Knights reached the East Regional Semifinals of the NCAA Division II Tournament before ending their campaign with a 67-63 loss to Le Moyne. Coach Brian Beaury has won 622 games in his 31-year tenure at St. Rose.
Patrick Beilein, the son of Michigan coach John Beilein, is in his fourth season at the Le Moyne helm. The Dolphins were 27-7 last year, winning the Northeast-10 Championships. Le Moyne also advanced to the 2018 NCAA Division II Quarterfinals, before losing to West Texas A&M, 87-73.
Syracuse was 23-14 and advanced to the NCAA Sweet 16 before a loss to Duke ended its 2017-18 campaign.
Coach Jim Boeheim is preparing for his 43rd season as Syracuse head coach.
