SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Syracuse will play five consecutive home games, starting Wednesday, Dec. 18 when it hosts Oakland in the Carrier Dome. Opening tip is scheduled for 8 p.m.

Tickets for all regular-season home games are on sale now online (Cuse.com/tickets), by phone (888-DOME-TIX) and at the Dome Box Office located in the Ensley Athletic Center.

The game will be televised on ESPNU and on the Watch ESPN app. Fans can also listen to all the action on the Syracuse Sports Network from Learfield IMG College.

ORANGE UPDATE
Sophomore Buddy Boeheim led the Orange offense with 25 points, just one shy of his career high, in Syracuse's 89-79 setback at Georgetown on Saturday. He was 9-for-18 from the field and connected on a personal-best seven 3-point attempts against the Hoyas. In his last two games, Boeheim is averaging 25.5 points.

Redshirt junior Elijah Hughes finished with 21 points at Georgetown and dished out a career-high nine assists. He now leads the team in assists (45) and blocked shot average (1.2 bpg.) in addition to scoring a team-high 19.7 points per game.

SCOUTING THE GOLDEN GRIZZLIES
Wednesday's game will the last of six straight away from home for Oakland. The Golden Grizzlies are 1-4 so far during that stretch and 5-6 overall. Oakland is coming off a 72-49 loss versus No. 16 Michigan State on Saturday.

Redshirt senior Xavier Hill-Mais leads the Golden Grizzlies in several statistical categories, including points (15.4 ppg.), rebounding (7.8 rpg.), steals (14) and blocks (8). Sophomore Daniel Oladapo also averages double figures in scoring (11.0 ppg.).

Greg Kampe is in his 37th season at the helm of the Oakland program. He is one of three active coaches to have 600 or more wins at their current school. That group also includes Duke's Mike Kryzewski and Syracuse's Jim Boeheim.

THE SERIES
Syracuse and Oakland will meet for the fourth time. The Orange have won the previous three contests with the Golden Grizzlies, including the most recent meeting, 74-50, in the Dome on Nov. 20, 2017. Tyus Battle led all scorers with 25 points to lead Syracuse to the victory.
