Seventeen freshmen and one transfer join Head Coach John Desko's roster for 2020.

The group boasts a wealth of high school All-America honors at every position and is set to compete for playing time among an already deep Orange roster.

Max Rosa – Freshman - Midfielder – Syracuse, N.Y. – West Genesee

Chase Scanlan – Sophomore - Attack – Irving, N.Y. – Loyola University
Freshman Year (2019 at Loyola): USILA Second Team All-American … Inside Lacrosse Second Team All-American … Scored 58 points (43 g/15 a) in his freshman season … Led all NCAA Division I freshmen midfielders with 43 goals.

Lars Swensen – Freshman - Attack – Duxbury, MA – New Hampton HS
Before SU: All-New England Team … Led his team to two straight Lakes Region Championships in 2017 and 2018 seasons … Played club lacrosse for 3D New England … Bostonlax.net ranked one of his goal's as #5 in top-10 goals of the year.

Luke Talago – Freshman - Faceoff – Center Valley, PA – Allentown Catholic
Before SU: Three-time PIAA All-State selection, including first team honors as a senior … Two-time district champions with Allentown Catholic in sophomore and junior season… 80-percent faceoff win percentage … Had 19 goals and 6 assists senior year … Set record of number goals by faceoff player with 19 … Co-Founder of the exchange student integration program … Also played golf and ran cross country in high school.

Harrison Thompson – Freshman - Goalie – Mountain Lakes, N.J. – Mountain Lakes High School
Before SU: Inside Lacrosse Power 100 recruit … Two-time All-New Jersey selection, including second team honors in his senior season … Under Armour All-American … Two-time All-Group 1 selection, All-Gibbs selection and NJAC American Division First Team selection … Won a pair of Group 1 championships at Mountain Lakes High School and also the New Jersey Tournament of Champions Championship … Had 100 saves his senior year and a career save percentage of 65-percent … Also played soccer all four years of high school, where he was a midfielder.
